This restaurant location does not honor the corporate restaurant dining-in hours located on the door. I called to ask about the... discrepancy and was told that the hours change every day, and this location is knowing okay with the hours on the door beinginaccurate. This is also frustrating for DoorDash delivery, because it requires that the delivery person wait in line to pickup the order. I would be less frustrated if there was a sign to let the public know that the hours at this location are custom.Instead, this is very confusing and frustrating to stumble upon. Read more
Worst location ever. I got charged twice after ordering on the all. Claimed my payment did not go through and it did so I paid... again!! On top of that your drive thru girl is rude as heck and should not work in customer service! I work in a restaurant andthat behavior would not fly! She rolled her eyes and slammed the door when I asked for a manager to confirm about my payment.After all that my fries were ice cold. Read more
This McDonald's has been the best one my husband & I have gone to since living in Cleveland. They have consistently made our... orders correct and timely. We don't go often maybe ..once a month specifically for milkshakes &frappes and have only been toldonce the machine was down with that being said it was very late at night, like 11pm. They're also very good about our foodorder.. anytime we go it's great. Fries are 50/50 on being extra hot but I also based that around the time of day and if theyhaven't been super busy. . Always a long line here and they are not the fastest. Update: stopped in for breakfast, lines are still long so I ordered... curbside, food was fresh and prepared well. Pro Tip: Order via the App and do curbside. Park in one of the numbered spaces andhave them bring your items out. I have visited this McDonald's location periodically over the years if in the area. Happen to be in the area on Thursday for... breakfast around 8am, so I grabbed my mom, breakfast sandwich McMuffins. The McMuffins were fluffy, freshly cooked and pipinghot. The deliciousness brought me back on the following day during the 10 o' clock hour...the drive-thru was very busy; packed.I checked the bag to make certain all the items were present but fifteen minutes later, were the McMuffins were unpacked, Idiscovered they burnt bad. Someone saw these burnt McMuffins and thought it was okay to serve. I wonder how would the cook feelif they were served burnt food. I called to inform the manager on duty, Joanne, and I drove back to return the items for arefund. She initially wanted to know if she could put me down in their books for replacements in the future. I told her I wouldnever be back and I wanted the manager to know what happened! I just read all of the horrible reviews on Yelp and burnt foodwith poor customer service apparently has been served for years at this location. It seemed to be seniors on staff forbreakfast. My goodness, what can they show the youngsters who come to work there. Does anyone care anymore about good customerservice and excellent food service. Read more
Very pleased! We are moving to the area soon and thought we would try out this McDonald's as it's closest to our house. We were... so happy to see the line move so quickly, the food was very hot and the buns weren't stale! Yay! Keep up the good work please. Read more
