My wife & kids stopped by for dinner on Friday, November 4. We usually patronize the Penn Station in Mayfield Hts which is much... closer to our home. My wife was fixing plates and noticed the fries tasted OLD. She called the store (mind you she left a tipfor the staff while she was there) and spoke to a young lady who sounded immediately defensive. ?I don?t think your fries wereold because your sandwich was one of the first ones made) frequent patrons on PS know sandwiches are made to order - fries aresitting and waiting for the sandwich to join them in the takeout bag. We finally got the manager who was another version of thefirst young lady - she asked, ?why didn?t you check your food before you left?? So, for us Penn Station gets $0 of our takeoutfood budget. Pulled in at 9:37 and the doors were lock. I?m very disappointed that I drove all the way here to not be serviced. The hours... stated online and on the door close was 10pm.
