This is the only chipotle that is 9x out 10 always out of both steaks everytime i stopped by at 7x thinking they got new cooks... or more fajitas & guacamole and chips anywhere from 4pm until they close & they never do .. the laziest team members and theynever want to accommodate the customers like seriously they have hours before they close and don?t even offer to make a freshbatch of anything .. don?t come here if you plan on getting any of those items with your order those grills get cleaned early sothat they don?t have to keep working Read more

WORST CHIPOTLE EVER. They keep messing up my order every. single. time. Their phone system makes it IMPOSSIBLE to reach your... local store. you're stuck with a machine. literally. if you use their chat feature, they can't connect you to a local storeeither. Please stick to mom and pop shops instead. They'll make sure your orders are right and they will answer your phone whenyou call. Goodbye, Chipotle. I used to work for Chipotle many years ago as a store manager .Nothing is as it used to be ,always have my food looking ... fresh and if it wasn't I simple ask for a fresh bash of meat or beans ect. But it would always look clean . I been going tothis Chipotle for a while but every time I go it makes me think that they don't put as much effort to have a better qualityand friendly environment,costumer service is just bad. I went yesterday beans look so bad and dry not caring to put in in newcontainer ,one of the employees had a fresh bash of beans and just pour it on top of the old beans that was a no no for me .isthe other way around Follow FIF0 first in first out .(it was a must follow rule) I ask my husband is just not the sameanymore ,one thing I notice I saw young people,it is because of that I really don't know but in my time when I was a manager myemployees were outstanding great costumer serive very friendly and my restaurant was always spotless. Place is nice but they put like a teaspoon of meat in my bowl and like barely any rice . The bowl was filled to 30% of its... capacity. Which is crazy for the price. I?m very disappointed ???? Read more

They staff is stingy about the portions they give out such a pathetic small amount of it is not fair to the price your paying if... you ask for more they seem to make excuses to not make more if they running out of it there lazy has hell the staff is rude haswell especially this short girl that works in the line. I don?t recommend coming here compare to other places they don?t haveproblem giving you what you want there just lazy in general this place. The times that I have come so many times is the samething just at pinch ???????? of everything even the sour crème is pathetic . Read more

This place sucks. About 10 people in line waiting and only one poor little girl taking orders, prepping the orders and ringing... up the customers while other workers come from the kitchen, look, and turn around. Update: Matthew Hernandez is not doing hisjob as a manager and leaving people in charge that will do a good job. Rice had no cilantro and lime just plain white rice. Nogreen salsa No guacamole No chips No extra limes No forks or spoons stocked The guy doing the sides looked like he didn't wantto be there. I get it. It's a Friday night at 930pm but come on. My 1st Time ever ordering from here and of course they messed up my order I ordered a full size burrito and they gave me a... bite-size one so when I went up to the counter the gentleman that was first helping me said no problem I will take care of itand redo it but then a so-called manager named Jason said no we cannot do that you have to call this number to get a full refundI said why I?m right here and I said this is not how you treat your customers this is not customer service he said wait let metell you the full term and how we handle this I said what this is ridiculous it?s just a burrito please just either give me anew one or forget it just give me a refund he said here?s a number I was like wow I will never be coming here again ????????????
