*** Update*** Sometimes we dont take the time to write a review but this place deserve them. From all the Pollo locos this is... 100% the number one, the food, the service, the time in the drive thru..once again they are the best. Good job for all the teamwork. This Pollo Loco is the best. These people are advertising an 8 piece family feast but you have to say family feast. The person taking my order could have... clarified but didn't. So I drove up ready to pay and asked about the additional items that were missing from my meal. Accordingto cashier I ordered a regular meal & they outright refused to make it right. Asked me to park my car and reorder inside becausepacking a salad and adding 2 churros way too much time to meet their drive thru quota. So after waiting in the drive thru theyexpect me to wait even longer because the person taking my order didn't think to tell me there is a difference. Same price forthe items. This place always messes up your order or they have no chicken. I'll have to drive to other Pollo Locos and see ifthere is better service there. Save yourselves the headache. Read more

One of the worst if not the worst Pollo Loco location in the area. My local Elementary School has Kindergarteners that can run... this place more effectively. They constantly run out of chicken and their costumer service leaves alot to be desired. I calledcorporate since staff informed that they didn't know how to contact their DM/RM....it's been over a week and corporate has notcalled me back. Read more

Most of the workers just waste your time and don't want to help you with your order. But the food was okay even though I asked... for my avocado on the side and still got it on my salad. Read more

I would expect Jack in the box to mess up my order but not Pollo Loco. Its sad people are illiterate. I ordered 2 strawberry... lemonades one large and the other regular. Also ordered a regular coke that i never got..instead i just got 2 lemonades regularsize. I was going to call and complain but i didnt see no point.. Read more

Okay, so several things happened on this visit ????. Just bought a family meal at this location a couple minutes ago and we came... home to a not-so-appetizing sight. Parts of the chicken were cooked, however every single leg/thigh of chicken we had either hada blood stain or was not fully cooked all the way. After trying to pick out parts of the chicken that we liked, we weredisgusted and gave up right away. Apart from that, our order was supposed to be ready at 9:30 and we arrived at around 9:45 andit still was not ready. Waited for a total of 10 minutes just waiting for an order that should have been ready. I am not one tocome out here and complain, but my husband and I were extremely hungry and just couldn?t wait to get home and eat. So, by thishappening to us, it was just not fair. Managers, I hope you will take this comment as not something to bring your business down,but something to improve your worker?s work ethic. Read more
