Order# 167 Employee: Mina Date:10/01/2022 Time: 8:03a.m. Exceptional customer service. I hadn't had my coffee and the lady... taking my order was so patient and friendly (my brain wasn't working yet) I kept switching my order lol. Two of my boxes only included half of what I ordered. I was upset, since I only received half of what I paid for. When I called... for a refund, the person acted like they were going to help me only to say I had to drive back to get it settled, which makes nosense since she asked for my information already. I felt uncomfortable that I'd given information and not be helped. She advisedme to called the company, but said she doesn't know the number. It was very strange. I feel ripped off and uncomfortable. Today 06/10/22 I called today at 10:27 am I got food poisoning, from last night. Around 11:30-12pm I called and talk to the... manager she brushed me off. She seemed like she couldn't be bothered with this. I told I had tacos, and chicken sandwichs. Shetold me it takes 4 hours and that I need my receipt in order to see what I had. Just once I would like to go an order in the drive thru. Firstly be friendly like In n Out. The person fills your request for... your purchase correctly! When I ask for fresh fries,please.
