I used the drive thru. After paying I asked for a receipt. I was told the printer was broken. I told them u had to have one for... reimbursement, or I would have to cancel my order and get a refund, and would need a receipt as proof. They were able to use adifferent register to print the receipt for the refund. When I asked why they couldn't process my sale through the sameregister, they turned their back on me and walked away. Every single time I have gone to this location they never have anything that is being advertised. The guy Luis that took my... order was low key rude ?we don?t got that? super dry and then when I got my food it was so old and hard that I couldn?t evenchew it. Felt like eating rocks ???? they know they wrong for that shrimp where most of what they gave me was just batter.???? I went thru the drive thru & had to wait for my order approximately 10 minutes, I was told my biscuits & chicken had to cook &... that was nice, but the drivers behind my were getting frustrated and horn blowing was going on, but the wait was worth it as Iwas given a couple free biscuits ????????????luckily I'm a patient person & really wanted chicken & biscuits, I was ok withwaiting 10 minutes since I just got off work & wasn't in a major hurry. It's food is way overpriced and the portions are much smaller. Popeye's on Labrea and Centinela wasn't good. The chicken was not... seasoned neither was the beans and rice...wings was super small.
