I have been to this subway a couple of times before never had an issue until yesterday when I walked in and asked for the... sandwich of the day they said they didn?t have a subway of day so I went ahead and ordered a sandwich and when I got it Inoticed the liner being dirty. I already knew what I wanted to order so I was not being ?too slow? and they still rushed me even more. There was no one in the... store and both employees were rude to my mom and I. My school gave us a gift card that had balance but they said it couldn?t beused and kept cancelling our payment. Went to another Subway and they took the card just fine and it worked. It?s not the firsttime I?ve been to this place and had issues but the unnecessary rudeness just made me write this review and the gift card issuethat should have worked. ???? Read more
Dec 2 2022 @ 14:40 hrs asked the young female for a footlong turkey toasted, then I asked for all the veggies, unfortunately the... tomatoes were extremely wet and sougy,. I asked her to please grab me a new batch of tomatoes, she went to look for some in theback and comes back to tell me, they don?t any new tomatoes. I said ?Thank you I don?t want you the sandwich.? She then replied? oh my god? and mumble some nasty words. Manager- if you are reading this complaint, I hope you train your employees to berespectful and cut the verbal abuse!
