If I could give less than one star I would. Food is fine, but customer service is horrible. I?ve called 25 time and no one... answer, when they do answer they hang up immediately. They messed up my order (a burrito) and instead of refunding or correctingtheir mistake they sent me a coupon that says ?free item? but when I try redeeming it they say the free item coupon isn?t valideven though I got it directly from Taco Bell.
