If I could give less than one star I would. Food is fine, but customer service is horrible. I?ve called 25 time and no one... answer, when they do answer they hang up immediately. They messed up my order (a burrito) and instead of refunding or correctingtheir mistake they sent me a coupon that says ?free item? but when I try redeeming it they say the free item coupon isn?t valideven though I got it directly from Taco Bell. Visited here today. I wished the service could be more welcoming. I was bothered that the soda machine isn?t self serving. The... young man made my drink and had his hand all around my cup with no glove after handling the money. Very unsanitary. I comethrough for a midday meal during work and each time I wasn?t pleased. For tonight's vist. The crew was occupied handling the drive-thu demands so immediate attention to the front was delayed which... is understood. Being an fast food worker myself. In the long run it was ok gave sometime to know what I wanted. Food came upquickly & the taste was good. Which was consistent to what I know from the Taco Bell name brand.
