We were seated immediately. That was the best part. The server was sweet but our food came each plate 20 mins apart. We ended... up canceling our last meal as it NEVER came out. How does this place have 4 stars?. We ordered steak which came way over cooked.Ribs that were burned. We did not end up eating most of our food. Super let down as we are starving. Everything went well. When I visited it was slow so service experience was easy to experience. Our waitress Sonia was over all... on point with providing customer service. Food tastes good. Although random treat to go to definitely would recommend going. Read more
Edwin is the absolute best, he is so attentive and polite, I was overjoyed by his service. The manager Adam is also great, he is... kind and does what he could to make guests feel at home. Two thumbs up for the service, the meal as well did not disappoint! Read more
I bought this family dinner on New Year's Eve, I did an online order at 4pm for me to pick up at 6pm. We got there a bit past 6... and it was total chaos. I understand things get hectic during holidays because I worked fast food myself, but this was bad. Itseemed like they were prioritizing other orders first and I noticed that my order had been sitting there after I had asked twiceabout it. The salad was just enough for 2 people and they gave me 2 really small cups of dressing, the Mac and cheese cups wereonly filled half ways each and the mash potatoes were so dry and didn't have any gravy to go with them. The restaurant is at a nice site...no problem with finding it...Parking space, same as other locations(you're lucky if you find... one in less than 5 mns of driving around)... The entrance was clean. Welcoming very cold and I hate fake smiles from the hostessand the manager in any restaurant. Waiting time to be seated, seemed fair(20 mns) A force smile from the hostess that took us toour seats. Cleanliness of the table can be better(it felt sticky)... only 2 sets of utensils were given to us and we were aparty of 4 (I had to asked for 2 more after our food arrived)... Waiting time for the waitresses to approach us about 12 mns (Place was not packed there were a couple of empty tables)... Waiting time for our drinks to arrived another 15 mns. As thewaitress brought our drinks she only provided only one straw for 4 drinks and left right away we had to wait about 5 more mnsfor her to pass by to let her know we were ready to order and we need it more straws... we finished our first set of drinks andfood still not arrived after 25 mns...when food finally arrived no apology for the time taken, she did not asked if we need arefill in our drinks either....my husband had to call her back as she was leaving towards another table and asked for te rest ofutensils...Food texture, flavor and quantity nothing out of the ordinary, same thing with the drinks(lacking flavor)...place wasvery loud if you are looking for a cozy place to talk and have a nice calm evening this is not the place. Place is to pricey forthe amount of food you get and the service and atmosphere.... Do I recommend this place if you are looking for averageexperience and you have all the time in the world to wait for your food and service plus fake smiles? Most definitely yes. Asfor us the experience here (for a second time) was lower than average. I'll be way happier at Home Restaurant in Hollywood nowthat is a great place and experience. Read more

Stopped by here for lunch on father's day. It wasn't busy and we dined inside. The staff was quick and friendly.we had the... sampler platter with loaded potato's, mozarella sticks, and buffalo boneless wings. The main meal was a New York strip steakmedium rare with creamy mashed potatoes and toasted broccoli with lemon. The sampler had four of each item which means you'llneed two if you have a group of 5+ I didn't get anything from the bar but they were relatively busy and seemed to be quitepopular. Read more
It was very cozy and family oriented. Nice place for a date night or a night out with the family.
