Went there 2 night's ago and I didn't have an actual CC on me. But I did have it through my phone. Since it was a temporary one... pretty much nobody was accepting it even when I asked if they could enter the CC #'s info manually. Of course it was a..... "Ohno we can't do that here" & I'm like "yeah right" of course you can it's just that nobody actually wants to spare the time tohelp and provide a good customer service. So I asked again can someone please help me, it's not like I don't have any money.When then suddenly, it was like that song (turn around...) JACKIE turns and offers to help. She was so patient, attentive,focused and made sure she hade met my expectations. Jackie handled everything in such a professional and kind caring matter. Mydaughter and I were very fortunate to have met Jackie that night. Hopefully there would be more people like her. Highly recommend the manager drug test the employees, they where all acting really weird and kept constantly studdering and... having to restart what they were saying to us.. I asked for a side of carrot sticks and literally got a full plate of carrotsway more than I could ever eat. Their was a bug stuck to my wing automatically had to post it. Disgusting manager still had the nerve to tell me that their... isn?t any bugs in their store.
