I walked in there ready to fix my boys and I something delicious. I noticed there were no bigger cups only small ones so I was... disappointed, went ahead and got a small one. I was ready to pay and I asked the cashier Why weren?t any bigger cups, she tellsme that they didn?t apply to the promotion, I asked what promotion she explains to me but it was too late. I was ready to payand she tells me they can?t take my money. I only had a 100 dollar bill with me, she tells me that my only choice was to stepout the store and try another store to get change. I was so disappointed that there were no other selection for cups and nochange. More disappointed at the fact that my order had to get trashed. A very upset customer and lover of this location. We literally walked in Saturday August 25, 2018 (15 minutes before they closed at 11P.M.). The reason I include the day and the... year is because I forgot to get the name of the girl who was working. She had just started to take one of the yogurt machinesapart to clean it when we Walked in. As soon as we walked in she greeted us in a friendly way. She answered all our questions,recommended a few flavors and never once made a badd face or a comment even her tone was warm. She smiled and bid us a goodnight as we profusely apologized for walking in so late. All in all I have nothing but Good things to say about this youngwoman's customer service. Not only is she a good employee (thoroughly cleaning all the machines) but she was friendly and kindeven though she looked extremely tired After what must have been a long busy Saturday afternoon in an equally as busy shoppingcenter. Give this woman a promotion she'd deserve it and a raise while you're at it. Read more
