Mean lady on day shift through away perfectly good food because they got my order wrong and I walked a few paces outside with... the bag before realizing they gave me the wrong bag. The service was good but the food is the worst yoshinoya experience I've ever had. The gyozas were raw and cold (literally... crunchy with no sear and cold center.) And the clam chowder was very sour/ acidic? As if the dairy in it had gone bad or thebase was made very wrong. I couldn't finish it because of how sour it was and the small amount I had made me feel ill to thepoint of nausea. We also ordered a combo XL bowl and the tray came half empty as if we'd only ordered a single entree/protein.The restaurant was very busy so I thought maybe the staff may have been overwhelmed but I'm just shocked at how poor the qualitywas on this visit. I'm extremely disappointed and concerned at the quality of food I recieved tonight.
