Mean lady on day shift through away perfectly good food because they got my order wrong and I walked a few paces outside with... the bag before realizing they gave me the wrong bag. The service was good but the food is the worst yoshinoya experience I've ever had. The gyozas were raw and cold (literally... crunchy with no sear and cold center.) And the clam chowder was very sour/ acidic? As if the dairy in it had gone bad or thebase was made very wrong. I couldn't finish it because of how sour it was and the small amount I had made me feel ill to thepoint of nausea. We also ordered a combo XL bowl and the tray came half empty as if we'd only ordered a single entree/protein.The restaurant was very busy so I thought maybe the staff may have been overwhelmed but I'm just shocked at how poor the qualitywas on this visit. I'm extremely disappointed and concerned at the quality of food I recieved tonight. Worst experience at ayoshinoya restaurant I've ever had and I dont intend to return any time soon after such awful service. Read more

Hi I just dine in here and had to order online because the register was down very inconvenient. After eating my dinner I asked... if I can please use the restroom. And the kid here working told me the restroom is not available. There?s no sign on the outsideof the restroom door. For some Reason I think this employee is just not providing good customer service. I please ask that themanager at this location please be on top of your Employees. Especially if they are just kids. This location the last 3 times I have ordered and ask the chicken to be well done, they don't. When I let them know I asked for... well done I get an attitude and make me wait upto 20 minutes for them to get the order correct. Also they no longer put sesameseeds or onions. Read more

Ordered the xl combo and it looks nothing like what they advertise. I called to ask if I was served the right order and they... said yes because it's position how the xl plate is. Even though it's the same amount of protein they serve in the regular combobowl. She said instead of the veggies being placed on the plate they serve more protein which if you look at the picture you canclearly see the empty space . Don't advertise a full plate of protein if that's not what you're going to serve. Read more
