The manager that was on tonight( 11/3/22) refused to come talk to me in drive thru. Refused to give her name and was extremely... rude. The young lady in drive thru was having a hard time hearing with her headset so I talked louder for her and the managercame on headset and started yelling at me for yelling at her worker. They seem to never have enough people working. The store closing hours were random dining room would close any time after lunch... and drive thru would be open till regular closing hours most of the time but then it seemed like the store was out of everythingor would be so slow. No frappe ever they advertise them on the menus but if you order it there's always an excuse. Better thenfort Edwards McDonald's at least these guys are competent. Read more
Always something wrong with order here, numerous times something is completely missing from the bag and I have to go back and... say something. The buns are always stale like they leave them out. I've had them give me sausage McMuffin when I ordered baconbecause they didn't have any without telling me and tried to pass it off. I always check order before leaving went in asked forit to be fixed and someone in cook line threw a fit because they had to make more even though I paid extra to have the bacon.Absolutely hate this McDonald's avoid it at all costs . I am very disappointed with this McDonalds. When we were going through the drive thru and were at the pick up window, we wanted... to make sure one of our sandwiches did not have mayo on it like we ordered. We asked the girl with the braid working at thewindow and she was very very rude and said the sandwich had mayo on it and didn?t even try to fix the problem or get us ourright order.
