We were long time customers. Have had issues with orders over the last 5 years (very seldom) and never made a big deal about... it. Well, we ordered over the weekend and had issues with our order. As it wasn't cheap for what we purchased, I emailed theowner to explain the problems we had with our order (one of the two pizzas was not cut all the way and the wings were plain withno mild sauce - no sauce at all). The customer service and response we got from the one owner was uncalled for and beyondunprofessional (he thought he was sending it to his wife). Anyways, they offered a credit and I said whatever they wanted todo. As of today, we were charged full price and no credit. LOL. They lost our business for sure even though they said theywanted to earn our business back. We love to support local businesses but not when you are nasty to a customer for bringing upan issue with an order. And, we even stated we knew they were busy and short staffed when we got our order. Even though this place is known for its pizza, the ice cream is what most people talk about and I have to say it holds up! Some... of the best soft ice cream I have had in the area. Delivery service is incredibly friendly and willing to deal with little specifics you may want to change. I am not sure who the... woman is who answers the phone, but I am only occasionally briefly in Glens falls and she is always pleasant and bubbly! Thefood is always fresh (it?s pizza half the time so I can?t say healthy, but you get what you order!). I thoroughly recommend thisplace. Even their delivery drivers are kind! Read more
Long overdue review of what I feel is one of the best pizza places in the glens falls area, if not one of my top three in... Saratoga and surrounding counties. Great staff, excellent pizza, fantastic flavor, always perfect temperature and cooked toperfection. No reason to go elsewhere. Read more
