Picked up breakfast this morning at drive thru: large coffee 4 Splenda / 4 creamers and 2 Sausage, egg, and cheese bagel... sandwiches only with a mobile code. What do I get my coffee and 2 Bacon, Egg, and cheese sandwiches. Come on, a new face-liftto the building but the poor service hasn't changed one bit!!! I work as a delivery driver, I waited a 1/2 an hour in the drive-through line communicated with my customer about the wait. Got... to the window to pick up my order, they shut off the lights (at 9:15pm on a Sunday) and told me to go home they were closed. Itried to communicate with them, "hey I've been waiting a half hour chances are the order is already made, cant I just deliverit?" They told me "we dont care. We're done, please leave." Read more
Sat in the empty parking lot waiting for 2 common items to be made, after about 5 minutes more people pulled up and got their... food before me. Well this is a challenging McDonalds. Seems like it?s always something at this location.Today they took my order wrong. When I... approached them about it, some woman (supervisor?) sarcastically stated it was my fault, then she stormed away. Received halfmy order, paying top dollar for orange juice that has been so watered down it doesn?t even taste like orange juice. Breakfastsandwich had the sausage hanging half off the bun, cheese melted on the top of the sandwich so you couldn?t hold it withoutgetting it all over you.
