My girl and I wanted some great food on a cold rainy night and were delighted when we came across Johnny's Bar & Grill. What we... got was exceptional food with steller customer service and fair menu prices. The atmosphere was warm and cozy with a tone ofhistory on the walls to admire. It's the small things. We ordered our food and in no time we had drinks, apitizer followed bythe main course. The Irish nachos were made fresh and came out hot with melty cheese sour cream and chives with Bacon. It washuge and absolutely delicious. The mushroom burger with truffle aoli was out of this world. Nice big juicy burger cooked perfectand had all the flavor you could ask for. The sweet potato fries with the maple mayo should be a crime it tastes so so good.Seriously you have to try these. I Had the fresh roast beef sandwich with au jus with hot onion rings with French onion soupbetter than grandma could make. So in summery you should absolutely make a date night and come out to a foodys dreamrestaurant. You'll be glad you did! Read more
Johnny's was recommended to us when we were out in the area. It did not disappoint! The food was excellent. Wings, fries,... burgers and a pulled pork sandwich...It was all awesome! Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. Would definitelyrecommend and will be coming back! Read more
Tacos had an absolutly flavorful bite each bite for the entire plate. Veggie Flatbread was enjoyed by my wife and she was very... happy. Atmosphere was very nice not too loud, easy to have a conversation. Waitstaff was terrific as well. Read more
The service was good, food was as well, a bit loud place when busy... However , the photo included is what we experienced... waiting for the table. This is a window in the waiting area across from the bench we sat, debriefs, dust, spiderwebs, waitingand thinking if the kitchen looks any like this, do i want to eat here? Great food. Wonderful service. Great burger and pizza. The crust may appear burnt but the pizza was cooked perfect.
The service was 5 stars from Arthur! He is an exceptional waiter and I would go back and eat my subpar food again if that meant... my family and I had the privilege of being in his section again. He can make the grumpiest person crack a smile I am sure ofit! The food was okay. Not bad but not worth getting again. The fried pickles were delicious and the fries were good. Thefrench onion soup has a giant piece of Rye bread in it. The taste is cooked into the soup too so taking the rye bread croutonout doesn't help. The fish tacos have barely any meat in them, instead they're filled with lots of raw onion. The shells for thetacos are also stale to taste. The chicken strips are also VERY low quality. They're full of tendons and hard to chew theoighmost of them. We will try it again to try something different but other than our waiter, or first time experience was a bitrough for such a beautiful and hyped up place. Read more
