We brought our family of 7 here even though we were reluctant from prior experiences. We took a chance hoping for better. Sadly,... that was not the case. My daughters meal contained a fly in her salad and a very coarse looking hair in her pasta. The rest ofthe order was either cold, flavorless, or incorrect/consistency issues. After announcing the fly, we let the hair slide. Afterreceiving the bill we noticed that nothing had been compensated. Not an "I'm sorry" from a manager....NOTHING!!! Kim is beyond best server I have had inside a restaurant in a very long time. We are visiting from Missouri and she made our... vacation still enjoyable for lunch. Food was great and didn?t take long. Burgers at buffet could be cooked/grilled longer butthey were still good. I feel adding fries to buffet or an add-on option would be nice. Keep up great work. This place is always packed but we have to have a meal there every time we go to South Haven. On the menu you can order the... world's greatest Burger and it truly is delicious and it has everything on it that you would want. They have a great breakfastbar and then salad bar later in the day. We always enjoy going back here. Read more
It may be my nostalgia for the restaurant chain but I really enjoyed it. As a kid my family would stop here and have a burger.... The Big Boy burger is a classic double burger with 1000 island dressing. Give it a try if you're in the area, it's a pretty goodvalue for your money. Read more
My waffle was BLUE.! Not from blueberries either.! I can?t figure out what was wrong with it, so I just stopped eating it.!... Chicken pieces over cooked.! 3 pies to choose from this morning. I?d say this place is lacking?.. parking lot so slippery, myhusband fell. First and last time we will stop here.! Read more
The overall experience was not good. We waited about 50 minutes for eggs and pancakes. When it arrived, most was cold and some... was uncooked. The restaurant was not even full. I felt sorry for the waitresses and hostesses that rely on this for theirincome. Especially our waitress who was refilling and checking on us constantly. I hope they figure out how to organize theirkitchen better so one person isn?t trying to do everything. Read more
