Worst dining experience I've had in my life. The fact that this place calls itself a kitchen is embarrassing. Both service and... food prep 1 star. Waited 35 min for food. Saw it get offered to the wrong table and then brought out to us over 5 min later. All cold. We ordered 3 entrees. My sons sandwich came out with 1/2 of it empty. Just greasy bread nothing inside. Husbandsorder came out wrong sent it back. My side was hard and cold- I was promised new, hot fries. We wait 20 more min. My husbandsburger was remade again with the wrong toppings. I never get new fries. Didn?t eat much as I was waiting for my family?s mealsto be remade. At this pt. we?re 60 min in and the kids are antsy and still hungry. We don?t eat any of the remade food and justwant to leave. The server has the audacity to bring us a check for all the items and we have to argue with him to comp anything.He takes off the burger and debates that the rest was fine. ????. We pay and leave hungry having to scramble for food to feedtwo young kids. There?s plenty of other places to eat in SH, keep looking. They must be operating off tourists because I can?timagine anyone would return here for an overcooked 18 dollar burger. Read more
Both the Monster Burger and The Big Cheese were great. I plan on going back to try other unique dishes. I added the burger... patties to the big cheese, it was like being in a decadent cheese heaven. Read more
Wife and shared the "big cheese" Cheddar provolone and Swiss inside. With burger and Gouda wrapped and grilled. Was delicious.... Also ordered pretzel bites with beer cheese. Pretzels where a little overcooked. Read more
Great place to go for vegan burgers! My husband enjoyed his meat burger and our son enjoyed his as well! Wonderful service even... though they were super busy when we dined there. Which is surprising as most places are completely the opposite when busy. Frontgreeter and seater was very prompt and accommodating for us as the last minute. Which we truly appreciated as we had smallchildren who were fussy and ravenously hungry. Great place for the family or solo! The only thing I would strongly recommend aresteamed veggies!!!! The service was great considering they were very busy and appeared overwhelmed. The atmosphere is just so-so. The fried green... tomatoes were simple, yet delicious. The kids meals were very small and not very good. The wedge salad was small for the priceand not the best. Da burger was not as flavorful as you would expect. The fries were good! Walked in a few minutes before closing and they had no problem seating us. The food was fast and delicious. I got the big cheese... which was very cheesy. Took half home (it's big), warmed it up and it was just as good. Our waitress was nice, noticed myconcert shirt and threw on some music for me. Will be going back next time we are in town. Read more
This place is amazing! The mushrooms were so awesome! My significant other got the Walleye and I got the Smoked Pork Shoulder... Sandwich which were so good!! We highly recommend Kitchen 527 Read more
Meh. The hamburger and sweet potato fries were good. The chicken and onion rings were extremely greasy! The mushrooms were not... what we expected and were heavily breaded. It was a 30-minute wait time for takeout, but we had somewhere to go and was able tocome back and pick it up. If you stick with the hamburger in the sweet potato fries, you'll be happy! Read more
