Second time I come here and they are closed an hour early. Don't waste your time coming here
The people are nice but the food was just not good. My fires were extremely overcooked, the receipt that was printed was... garbarge. How am I supposed to do a survey with no real receipt. The manager did go the extra mile to ensure that I had what Ineeded. The people is what saved this review other wise I would have given it a 1. If I can give ZERO stars I would. The last 5 times I went to this location I have had issues. I heard it all, "Sorry we are not... taking orders at this time", "Our system is down", "We are only excepting Uber Eats", "Our pop machine is out, we only have cokeicees at this moment ", "We don't open for another 15 minutes". Every excuse was given with attitude with staff beingunprofessional and rude. It doesn't matter what time of day you go because you will still have the same negative results,leaving disappointed and still hungry. I highly recommend that if you are hungry to drive past this location as to there is aMcDonald's 2 blocks east. Read more
For Burger King to have such a rich history this particular Burger King employees are really the worst. There is no way... employees get away with even half the things transpire here unless management is bad. I live in the neighborhood and honestlythis location is a waste of space. The very few times I?ve even attempted to patronize as a last ditch effort to give this placea chance I?ve been disappointed every time. I ordered the veggie burger with tomato and hot peppers. ???? huh maybe there was a shortage on tomatoes and peppers. SMH!
Decent fresh cooked food, they have a room for parties but the Icee machine is always down
I walked in (there were no other customers) manager or associate saw me coming in and walked away from the register..we... literally made eye contact, another employee was leaving for the day (totally understandable), she saw me by the way, anotheremployee was leaving at the same time she was (he looked me in the eye), another employee was checking her schedule right infront of me...I waited, and waited, no on took the time to acknowledge that I was even standing there, no one greeted me, no onecared enough to say "excuse me sir someone will be right with you." That would've been at least worth the wait. That terriblecustomer service at it's finest. I just walked out like many other customers who order food there have also done. Oh, by theway, Wendy's is down the street from there so I went there instead. Plus they'll treat you better. Read more
