Went to restaurant in South Holland to grav my lunch before work when I walked in approx 920 there were 3 servers make orders,... then customer in front of me requested Brown rice so the kid starting making a new pot, problem theres a line of customers & noother employee stepped in to help 10 mins go by I ask can the rest of us get helped everyone stood around looking at each other,I just walked out qik lunch turned into about to be late if i stayed!!I take up for fast food employees when being verbally &physically abused in online videos but this is the frustration level of customers Read more

This Chipotle charges $1.50 for vinaigrette. Most Chipotles do not charge for vinaigrette, so there is no reason for this... Chipotle to be charging for it. They also only fill it a quarter of the way up, 1 oz of a 4 oz. portion cup! ???????????? Read more

This was a good experience for me. The employees were very attentive even though at one point I saw all 4 people in the back... lookout down at their phones which makes me laugh sometimes cuz we are just in a different time. But I ordered online and was afew minutes early for my pickup time and the order was ready for me and it was all hot and fresh so I appreciate the initiative.The sprite machine was down so I had to get aomething else. This location started out good and was very pleased, however for the past couple months, has been going down. Inside: The... employees are rude and unprofessional. They don?t speak when you are ready to order. They converse a little too much whileserving. Young lady talking and taking long pauses because she?s engaged in conversation with another worker. Thecondiment/beverage area is a mess. (Several occasions) Delivery: The food upon delivery is cold (I don?t stay too far fromthem, sooo I don?t understand). They are stingy with their ingredients. Literally my son tacos had like 2 pieces of chicken and3 pieces of lettuce on each of his tacos. (Several occasions) I hate leaving negative comments, but they have been slackingconsistently. Terrible. I love going to Chipotle and I go about every week. I am not allowed to leave school so my mother brings me lunch and... I ordered chipotle and paid for 2 burrito bowls. The bag has my complete order, yet someone else?s order is in there, don?tunderstand how you confuse that order. 2 burrito bowls and I got one bowl that?s not even mines. Very disappointing. If I could rate 0 stars I would! These people are rude and the food is always cold !! I order through Uber eats and I only had 3... pieces of chicken in my bowl when I paid for double. Food is expensive now a days and you should definitely get what you pay for! This is some BS they?ll never get my service again! Read more
