I decided to go inside to get gift cards because it was the closest location to me at the time. When I walked in I was surprised... at how large it was and how unkempt it looked. It's so drab in there and they had donuts in trays just sitting on the countersUNCOVERED where ppl are standing over them. I knew I would NEVER be ordering food from there. I did proceed with the purchaseoff the gift cards because they can be used at any location, but they didn't even have the sleeves giftcards go into, so insteadof spending couple hundred ( for employee appreciation) I spent 25 and decided to purchase additional card elsewhere. Lastly Ifeel that there should be at least 1 employee that speaks and understands English clearly. I hate to keep saying ...can yourepeat that , or excuse me and vice versa it becomes a bit frustrating. However all should have an opportunity at the "AmericanDream" . Will not be a future customer. My job is mobile so I go to Lots of DD around Illinois and Indiana. This Dunkin is one of the worsts. The prices are higher than... most Dunkin and the coffee is trash. I just left This dunkin to get a cappuccino cause I'm working overnight tonight. First the lady in the drive thru was so rude... like she didn't want to tell me what was in the drink I asked about. Second even after she looked at me like I was speakingFrench I said thank you and she just looked at me like I had did something wrong to her.
