I'll start this off by saying I hate Jimmy Johns, and I especially hate their bread. I was forced into coming here by coworkers... and said the only reason I'd go is because I saw they have wheat bread and I'd give it a chance. I ordered wheat bread, it wasrepeated back to me, I take my sandwich and go back to eat. What do I discover? To my DISMAY it was made on the horrible whitebread. I am going to run my sub through the mill and satiate myself with the knowledge that at least I didn't have to sufferthrough that sub. Are we supposed to unwrap our subs and check in the store to see if they were made properly? Is there anyjustice in the world? We may never truly know. Read more
They had terrible service, it took over an hour to get to me and then it was wrong. Then I called back to asked if I could speak... to the manager and he said ?you?re talkin to em?? and I asked if I could get my correct sandwich and he said no and that it wasmy fault for not confirming the order. Then I found out he was not actually the manager. The only good part was the deliverywoman/actual manager who told me she would bring me my correct sandwich. Read more
The only reason why I'm giving this place a one. I put in my order online and when I got there? The lady told me they were out... of wheat bread. She could of called me and let me know they were out of a certain type of bread and I could changed my orderbecause with online orders you put your contact number so if they need to call you! But the food was GOOD so they get a fivestar for that! Read more
I ordered food at 1148 and it is 1236 and they still have not delivered. For it being a Jimmy Johns, I never had to wait this... long. Then I get a story that they are very busy. Maybe they are, but I don?t even wait for pizzas this long and that food hasto be cooked. I definitely will not have food delivered from this place again. Read more
