I waited 30 minutes for a order of Hash browns. You had to input the info into a portal. It was terrible. I will NOT go to this... McDonald's again. It was overpriced $1.62 for 1 Hash brown. Read more

20 min wait to order thru drive thru. Line was not moving on one side. Had to go directly to pay window and ask if anyone was... going to start taking orders on second line. Only then the line started moving. Understandably it was around 4pm, but still. Read more
Let?s just say try not eat any where in this entire area. Chances are you will get cold food from people apparently care very... much about a lot of other stuff but not the job they have to do. Sorry you work at McDonald?s. I didn?t impact your lifechoices. How hard is it to make hot fries?? At least get me hot fries and I?m happy. 7/19 complete turn around hot foodchanging to 5 stars. By far the S L O W E S T McDonald's I've been to; understandably short staffed the wait time is ridiculous. Also with sime not... all there is a serious lack of customer service training. The prices have increased but you still don't give customers HOT food.Instead you get Luke warm food, even after specifying what you want. When you wait in a line for 20 minutes they should makesure yr order is correct, fresh and hot no excuses!!! Read more
