The unlimited sip club brings me to many locations. The team here is nice and fast. However, they option suffer from national... shortages of supplies. Also, I ordered a warm bagel with butter but the butter was cold and not put on the bagel. That's justodd to me. I usually don't order bagels but this is not what i expected. I just purchased a sausage and egg on brioche ftom this location to go. I got home and the egg was raw. I mean raw, like egg... white was still clear. This is disgusting and dangerous. No one should be buying food from this restaurant. Read more
Rude worker!!! Tried to place order on phone. Person said "you can't place your order online?" My response was "No. I'm driving"... She put me on hold, then hung up. I called back and she continued with an attitude of not wanting to take the order by that timeI'm at the store. I asked the lady at the counter was she the one that took the order. She says "no" so I asked for the manager.As I was explaining to the manager the same lady blurted out in disagreement. I've bought from here and its been a few times that they always forget something. Today i bought 2 lattes and only got 1. Worst... part tho, was that i bought a broccoli soup, that was clearly spoiled. I called and the manager said she checks her soup every30 minutes. Yeah, I don't think that's true. Clearly spoiled. I told her I was going in for a refund but I ended up contactingthe actual panera support and they were great and got me a full refund. Decent,a tad overpriced.Tuesday cheap bagels is a great deal.Recent visits. 7/18/2021. This Panera is very inconsistent. They... never bring out our curbside order. 3/3 so far. Also the sandwiches are messy compared to Homewood. And they leave off thepickle. Still if you need a sandwich i still recommend them.They need to fix their menu board. I would post no stars if I could but the lettuce was wilted, container less than half full and mostly croutons on a CHICKEN... Caesar SALAD!!! Im only giving this location 4 stars because of the amazing experience I had at the schererville Indiana location. The staff at... the order station was kind of rude & I noticed she was the manager. They forgot to give us drink cups so i had to wait in a longline for a second time to get them. When our food finally was ready for pick-up the staff for that was super rude &disrespectful. Like i said before the experience I had at the other location was so awesome that I still love Panera & I'llcontinue to frequent them but I'll skip this location & advise others to take the trip to schererville if possible you wontregret it. Got regular sized coffees after paying for larges, bagels were sliced weirdly (diagonally?) which was odd. And bacon was forgot... on a breakfast sandwich. Also no flavors for coffees, just told there?s only one type of coffee if you get it iced. Read more
