This place was just not clean. I stopped in to order a chicken sandwich and use the bathroom and was so disgusted I threw the... food in the garbage. Whoever owns this location has no desire in keeping up with the brand image or putting out a good product.I really can't stress enough how dirty this place was. The only good thing I could sat was that the cashier was friendly andthe food was given quickly. The only reason I didn't give a 1 star is because of the people working, the problem here is 100%lack of care from upper management. Read more
My sister and I ordered there today, doors were locked and food ordered wings...fries and biscuits. The biscuits were horrible.... They were burnt and dry as if they were leftover from yesterday and the fries were horrible as well. Read more
went there this evening, completed my order, then changed my mind at the window. I had a coupon, i told the lady i wanted to... change my order, she said naw boo, we dont' do that, you gotta get back in line , this drive thru is backed up. 3 cars inline.. I left and went across the street to jewel. I ordered my meal and went home with more than what popeyes was givingme..and i got service with a smile. I've been ordering from this Popeyes for years and have always been satisfied with their food and service. They're no Jollibee's... but the closest Jollibee's to me is in Niles about 40 miles. Popeyes is about a mile away Read more
The ladies on the drive-thru window were EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!! on Sunday 8/28/2022 @ approximately 1:10pm. The popeyes in South... Holland Illinois on 159th and cottage grove. I was checking my food the worker started tapping her super long nails on thewindow and began to say to me "you're on my timer", you're on my timer. When a customer is ordering at the window, give themtime to check their food. A customer has no idea about your timer, furthermore the timer has nothing to do with the customer. I ordered (2) five piece tender meals and was given wrong order. Chairreka was very rude when I returned I explained to her that... I called several times 1st and she told me I know we don’t answer the phone. I asked her for the difference of my wrong mealand she said it was only like 2 dollars told me to hold on and never came back to service me. She went to talk to anotheremployee and they were laughing about it. It is sad how restaurants treat customers especially now. Very disappointed in thislocation, my wife food was overcooked and cold the biscuit was hard and old. Very unpleasant visit will Never return there. Iasked the manager name and they wouldn’t tell me. I tried calling twice but no answer so imma post the problem. I ordered lunch at 12:00PM and the South Holland location opens... at 10:30AM. There is no reason why my chicken tenders should be half freshly dropped and half from the night before. I'm highlydisappointed with this service because I also waited to get food that can cause illness. It's obvious in the picture which oneis done and which ones are fresh. I paid $37.00 for this and my hard earned money went to the garbage. I expect betterservice. How can you serve dry leftover chicken. Theres no reason for the tenders to be prepared in advance but made to orderbecause even the lighter ones were tough and dry. Read more
