The only reason this place got 2 stars is because the food is good. Everything else is a thumbs down. Slow, Slow SLOW! Poor... Customer Service. Unprofessional, rude and bad attitude from workers. Also, once tried to order for delivery so I didn't haveto wait in their tight overcrowded space forever. After I ordered and waited for my food, I got notified by Grubhub that theysimply chose not to do any deliveries that day. Like what restaurant does this. WE Will NEVER order from here again? Husband ordered the vegan meal WHY would you put meat in it? Lady was VERY... unprofessional.., and had a NASTY disposition when I mentioned that. it?s a VEGAN plate?. Please don?t be so nasty and ?act?like you have COMMON SENSE & CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered the pepper steak and dressing there was a non ingredient that looked like a blue piece of I don't know what in it I... asked the lady if I could have a refund she said no then asked about compensation she was very nasty in rude Osha needs to paythem a visit when purchasing food spending 40.00 buck's to find strange particles in my dressing is too much and customercourtesy is not a part of this generation when you represent a business badly this is all I will remember I wouldn't recommendwasting time for disrespectful establishment workers. haven't been in a while I see the owner attitude hasn't change she's still rude and unpleasant, the food isn't authentic soul... food the chicken taste like they put it in the fridge and refried it. Soul 2 Go Express is a staple out south. My go to healthy meal is baked chicken breast with green beans. The flavor is... consistently delicious. It always tastes good, is hot, fresh, and ready. This restaurant is like home cooked food. I like itmuch better than big chain fast food. On certain days of the week they feature specialty meats like beef short ribs and peppersteak with rice. You can get the Chicken and Beef if you order the 2 meat dinner (don't judge me). The other sides and itemsare good too! The kids love the mac and cheese. If you have a sweet tooth try the homemade peach cobbler. Take it home putsome ice cream on top and you just might slap somebody. Thank me later. Read more
I only got sweet potatoes for 2 days in a row now...they were so delicious! Reminded me of my Bigmommas...just enough sweetness,... buttery and tender...I can post the half eaten container...I was too greedy to wait till I got home! Read more
