The service lately has been hit or miss lately. The drive thru lines are very long and slow.

I always have a great experience when I order inside. Staff is always friendly and helpful. But when you pull up to the... drive-through, the friendly customer service is definitely hit or miss, depending who the associate is greeting you. Also ifyou?re ordering a hot drink at this location, you have to ask for a sleeve for your drink, unlike the Homewood location, wherethey automatically provide you with one. Read more
