I wouldn?t recommend going here the people are incompetent, and rude. The guy gave me a sandwich with just lettuce, tomatoes,... onions, and cheese on it. And then when I noticed I called back asking why did they give me basically a salad on bread the guyclaimed it wasn?t his problem and I was the one that ordered that. Then he hung up on me. I saw them have issues with othercustomers before but this was my first time experiencing it myself. The subway in Lansing is far better than this one. Read more
Had coupons but they did not honor them.
Everyone is very rude in this place. They hate for you to use any coupon and that?s even if they accept it. Any special that?s... going on they don?t participate in it. It?s not that clean. I don?t even know why people support this subway. I will continue todrive to a different location because this one is horrible and dirty. They fixed my online pickup order any kind of way. Read more
This is the worst subway to come to, I gave someone a coupon since I wasn?t going to need it and the worker cursed at me. Once... you walk in it smells terrible!!! Chairs and tables everywhere and the fan is broken so is the AC, very hot in there and when Iasked for chips as a side for my teriyaki chicken sandwich he said no and immediately kicked me out!! I went to this Subway yesterday for the Wednesday turkey special. I want to keep the business in South Holland & prefer to go to... this location because it has a larger parking lot. However, the person who made my sandwich was very rude, he just slapped mysandwich together, and when I asked for a side of peppers he said no before I could even ask the question..& I never have aproblem with getting a side of peppers at ANY Subway. I had to continue to ask for more condiments on top as he barely putanything on my sandwich & it seemed like he had a problem even with that. As I was finished paying & preparing to leave thestore, something was said under his breath which led me to believe it was something negative. There are not many sandwich shopsin south Holland & like I said I would prefer to keep the business in the community, but this experience disappoints me to thepoint of me now deciding to go to the Lansing location instead. Good location, they were kinda under construction with signage and boxes. I'm sure it generally a great location. Moving onto... important review stuff, the staff and customers in line were very friendly and up beat. Food prepared perfectly add ordered andenjoyed at a table with some chips and a drink with some co-workers. Will visit again if working in the area. Read more
