The worst!!! I eat at sonic frequently. We happen to be in Hutch today, stopped in on our way home #1 and #2 both tots with Dr... Pepper. Well we got 1 Tot and 1 fry.. open the burgers and they have ketchup on them. That is not the sonic way.. we turnedaround and got them fixed. I told them they were suppose to have Mayo not ketchup on them and I do t know how hard it is tounderstand I want it exactly the same just Mayo instead of ketchup. They kept asking me you want the vegetables ras well? Yesagain I don?t want ketchup I want Mayo. Mean while that took them 7 min to figure out how to make it with Mayo the rest of ourfood got cold. Drink orders should be #1 priority, unless they changed the way they operate. Took forever to get our drinks...JUST DRINKS. We... probably waited about 8-10 minutes to get four drinks out to us. Read more
I am sure if your reading this you have tried the Cherry lime aid if not STOP and pick one up. Make sure you get yours during... happy hour and it will taste even better. If I could critique one thing on all The limeaids no matter what Sonic you go to theymiss one step that would make the drink even better and thumbs up/like if I'm right. Service was terrible. Took a half HR to get our order. We were told the drive up didn't work and go to a stall, however they... then allowed other customers to order at the window. We won't be back. They don't deserve a 1 star rating. Read more
Where to start. I walked in and someone was at the counter but as soon as I walked up they walked off without a word. I had... ordered online so it should?ve been a very quick order. almost 10 min goes by without anyone. The manager from the Loves storecame and asked if I had been helped and then got someone Bc I hadn?t even been acknowledged yet. They came over and said what tothem, he pointed to me and he gasped and said is there something I can help you with? I said I had a mobile order for a coneyand a slush. ?Oh you?re that one.? Another several min goes by and slides my bag across the counter to me and turns and walksoff. I asked for mustard on my coney which normally means next to the dog under the chili right? Not here. Where to begin.. eating area was clean so that was good. The chicken strips and onion rings I ordered looked good but ended up... tasting burnt as if they cooked in oil that had previously overcooked and burned something prior to my meal. I ate the chickenstrips but not the rings, we also had classic strawberry shakes that were pretty much impossible to drink through the straw andwas more like stiff vanilla ice cream with random chunks of strawberries. Pretty unimpressed with this location and I don'tthink I'll be going back to this particular Sonic. Read more
