The dining room at this location has been closed for a while now and they don't currently offer breakfast either. HOWEVER. Every... time we've done the drive thru the service has been great, the workers are super nice and friendly even when its FREEZINGoutside. Our food is always correct and always fresh and hot. This is the worst chick FIL a location but it's the one closest to my house.. it takes 30 minutes to get through the very short... breakfast line in the mornings. The dining room isn't open and hasn't been open for a couple months now. The staff is nothinglike other Chick-fil-A employees I've experienced, I don't even think they are trained to say my pleasure. This was the worst Chick-fil-A experience we?ve had. I was shorted a grilled nugget, I was not provided a fork and our large... fries were maybe 2/3 full and they were not warm. The drive thru line was very slow and the dine-in is closed. I would avoidthis location. Read more
I really like chick-fil-a however, I noticed my large fries weren?t even half-filled at this location. I was very disappointed... when I came home to eat. I had a really disappointing catering experience with this location on 10/8/2022. I placed an order for 80 people and had... confirmed my order 2 days prior to pick up. I was feeding band members at a competition in Riverton. Our order was supposed tobe ready for pick up between 10:30 and 10:45. When we arrived at the restaurant at 10:25 a lot of employees were still showingup for the day. Then we noticed that the restaurant didn?t even open until 10:30. The last food item was placed in my car at11:02 and I was supposed to feed the band at 11:00. Needless to say, I was 15 minutes late and threw off the band?s schedule. Iwas very embarrassed. I wish the restaurant had told me they could not accommodate my order on that timeline, I could havepicked up from another location or chosen a different restaurant chain altogether. My experience was disappointing today. It was clean and everyone was nice as usual. But the food wasn't the best I've ever had.... The fries weren't hot. And my 8 count grilled nuggets were only half filled. They also forgot my daughter's ice cream and I hadto go back and ask for it. And unfortunately I heard other people around me with missing or incorrect orders as well. Not thebest and not the worst. But I'm not excited to go back to this location. Read more
I went about 9 at night so only the drive-through was open. We do not have a Chick-fil-A where I live so we had to ask some... questions when ordering. The employee outside was very patient and kind. Every time I come here for breakfast the wait is 15-30 minutes to get through the drive through. We are only talking about five... cars up to be ordering screen so not huge lines. I am not exaggerating. Then the last three times I?ve been through they make mepull up and wait in the parking lot for my food and say ?it?ll be just two more minutes.? And I have waited on average 10minutes more. My longest experience from arriving to the drive-through to getting my food was 45 minutes one morning. Read more
