My boyfriend and I ordered from Dominoes. When we called the person who answered the phone was very rude. An hour and a half... went by so I called and then they said they were on their way. The person who came to my door was rude as well. Then to find outit was the completely wrong order. Is there a way to leave a 0 star review???? Read more

Very disappointed. It took over an hour for carry out.. then I had to wait because they had to remake a pizza.. didn?t tell me... why.. then the pizza was made wrong. And it was over cooked.. not good at all. I think I?ll start eating Pizza Hut from now on..very disappointed! Read more

We had ordered pizza on a Thursday night with some friends. When my husband got paid on Friday, I was looking at our bank... Account to move money around for the next weeks budget and noticed that I had four charges from that Domino?s for the order fromthe night before. I called them immediately and asked them to fix the extra charges and the counter person said that thishappens all the time and that I needed to wait 2 to 3 business days for the charges to be refunded. And if they hadn?t been tocall back and they could fix it. I then checked that following Wednesday so seven days later and I had an additional fivecharges a total of nine altogether of extra chargers on my account. That would mean I had almost $500 worth of extra charges onmy card. I called the Domino?s again and told him what was going on and the person who answered the phone told me that theycould not do anything to fix it and so I asked to talk to the manager and he told me that their general manager was going to bethere in 10 minutes and that he would have her call me. After 30 minutes of waiting I decided to call them because she did notcall me.She had looked up the order told me that the money had been refunded for the one order but couldn?t do anything for theother eight I ended up having to call my bank and put a stop charge on those extra orders. It?s a good thing that I have asavings because that was needed to cover the extra $500 that was pending until I could get refunded that money. This was incredible, I ordered from Dominos because I saw the ads that they were helping out local restaurants with delivery... fees and I thought, what a great company, I want to give my money to them. Then this really friendly, well dressed delivery guycame and gave me the FREE gift instead of FEE gift. I got the cheesy bread in the photo. I ordered because I respected theiradvertisements and values as a company, the great tasting pizza and the service just solidified my loyalty to this company. I'ma Domioian for life. Last week I had essentially the same pizza at L C. I'm surprised to say L C was much better. I also prefer the marinara sauce... from L C. It is far more fresh and they are more generous with what they give you. The sauce from Domino's was prepackaged andtasted like it. The value was also also far better from L C. Even the BBQ wings at L C were better. Last but not least theywere pretty stingy with the toppings. Have to say I am very disappointed for what they produced in relation to how much I paid. Domino's is losing ground. Doubtful I'll order from this location ever again. Read more
