Whoever runs this place does not understand the concept of taking care of customers and giving more to receive more and the... concept of abundance. They always put on only half as much meat on the sandwiches as any other Firehouse Subs I've been to...it's kind of like that story of the restaurant that was the most popular restaurant in town and you'd have to wait in line forhours get their soup. Then they got greedy or thought they had a clever way of increasing profit and decided to water down theirsoup. Little did they know that customers would notice and soon they would have no line at all. They watered down the soup untilthey had no more customers left. This Firehouse Subs would have had 10 times my business over the last 3 years I have lived hereif they weren't stingy. Read more
The food was great, just we ordered. The people were very friendly and made a person feel welcome. The place was very clean and... nice. We will come back again when we are in town. We are from Arizona so we don?t get there often but will again in the future. Read more
I made an order online. And I had a special request that the website was not allowing me to do. Evelyn (I hope I'm spelling... that correct) was very helpful when I called & accommodated my request with no problem. Props to her. Employees that go aboveand beyond like her deserve a raise. Honestly, prices are high for what you get and I have usually had good service. BUT for some reason, I am getting back home and... the orders are wrong. By the time I get back home it isn't worth going another 12 miles round trip to try and fix things. Theapp and website doesn't let you select the chips available in the store so half the time you're forced to pick from 4 when theyhave about 10. If you put it in the notes/comments area, it's 50/50 that it's right or even included. Read more
I'm giving 3 stars not because the service was bad. The service was good. The food just wasn't that great. For more than $10, I... can get a good sub anywhere. This place was just alright. I liked it just as much as Subway but it's double the price. Go toJimmy John's if you want a nicer more expensive sandwich. I've never been to any other firehouse subs so I can't compare thisplace to any other. Overall, the sandwich was fine. I don't regret trying it, but I'll be trying other sandwich places. Everytime we have gone here we've had a great experience. The workers are very friendly and have quick service, the food was... hot, fresh, and delicious, and the store is clean and well put together. They have a coke freestyle, a good chip selection, andfresh cookies. It's also in a pretty convenient location and is easy to get to. No problems with parking space. Read more
I left a $25 order that I had pre paid for on their app because one of the workers making the food was visibly sick as a dog. I... don?t blame the worker. They shouldn?t feel like they need to come into work feeling like that. But I?m also not going to eatthe food to spare feelings. I can?t imagine when I?ll be back. At least not this location.
