This location is horrible! There was only one person working. That's the first problem. It took a half hour to get 3 small... shaved ice. And that was with only two people in front of us. Within the one hour that we were there, 6 people walked away andleft because it was taking so long. The gal didn't put hardly any flavored syrup over our shaved ice. Not a good experience atall. I felt bad for all the people that left. We won't be back to this South Jordan location. Read more
Best shaved ice. If you ask for more sauce, they give it to you. Ask for shots of the sour liquid. It's so good.
Went with my daughter. Arrived right before a big line and we each ordered. My daughter got hers. After 20 minutes and watching... the bulk of the line behind me get there?s, I asked if I was still in the queue. The two teenagers came the conclusion that ?itwas the one that didn?t print? Why didn?t the look into that when they saw that they lost an order? They assured me that theymake mine right then-10 minutes later I got it. Good news is that it was really good. Not sure how busy it gets during the day or weekends but when Iwent there was a few people that had ordered before me, and even with that I only had to wait at most 10 min for my order.
