This location is horrible! There was only one person working. That's the first problem. It took a half hour to get 3 small... shaved ice. And that was with only two people in front of us. Within the one hour that we were there, 6 people walked away andleft because it was taking so long. The gal didn't put hardly any flavored syrup over our shaved ice. Not a good experience atall. I felt bad for all the people that left. We won't be back to this South Jordan location. Read more
Best shaved ice. If you ask for more sauce, they give it to you. Ask for shots of the sour liquid. It's so good.
Went with my daughter. Arrived right before a big line and we each ordered. My daughter got hers. After 20 minutes and watching... the bulk of the line behind me get there?s, I asked if I was still in the queue. The two teenagers came the conclusion that ?itwas the one that didn?t print? Why didn?t the look into that when they saw that they lost an order? They assured me that theymake mine right then-10 minutes later I got it. Good news is that it was really good. I waited 30 minutes just to get 2 small shaved ice kones. The worker took every order that came in before making ours. I am not... coming back. Not only did she take 30 mins on ours, but there were lots of people in front of us, which shows just how slow theyare. I would hire a 2nd person to speed up the process. Read more

The ice was above the rim with lots of flavoring! There was plenty (50) of flavors to choose from and some toppings or mix-ins... you can also get. The tables were clean and had nice umbrellas to shade you. Read more
I got the Kona Sunset with Mango, Guava, & Passionfruit. I got it snow capped, which is condense milk drizzle. I went around... 8pm, and there was no line no waiting. The service was great. Not sure how busy it gets during the day or weekends but when Iwent there was a few people that had ordered before me, and even with that I only had to wait at most 10 min for my order.
