Voted best sushi restaurant for 2021 and 2022. I would agree it?s ONE of the best. The house salad was delicious and the rolls... were very satisfying. I would say this place still isn?t as good as Tsunami and happy sumo. But it could be in the top 3 forme. Definitely won?t disappoint! Read more
I went for lunch and ordered exclusively from the lunch menu and I was amazed at the quality and selection. The rolls I ordered... had a spice component to them, and it was a lovely mild potency that paired well with everything I ate. The highlight of themeal was the Firebird Roll. It was fun to watch the flames caress the foil while it danced. And then the taste. Wow. I'd nevertasted another roll like this one. It had a flame-broil taste and really let my taste buds light up. This was my first time here. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful! One thing that I didn?t like... was that the booth I was sitting in moved when the person behind me moved. There was a bunch of different rolls to choose fromfor sushi. Because we went in a Tuesday they had a special going that a lot of the specialty rolls were like $4 cheaper. We got8 rolls and they were delicious. The Las Vegas roll was the best I?ve had so far. Best sushi on Utah so far. It's been hard to find sushi that we actually really appreciate. We've been to Japan and I used to... work in a sushi place where the master chefs from Japan, so I'm really picky about my sush and the freshness of the fish. TheGyu Don was tasty, but a bit dry. The only disappointing thing was that we got our sushi boat 45 mins after everyone was doneeating. They kept saying it was busy but the other tables that came after us got their orders first. I think they just forgotabout that big boat. Otherwise, I would have rated 5/5 as it was pretty good. Read more

I?ve eaten at a lot of local sushi spots, and Itto is now one of my absolute favorites! The food was excellent, I ordered some... amazing curry and a few specialty rolls which were impressive and tasty. The atmosphere was great, and sushi chefs appeared tobe having a blast making rolls. The service was scary fast, the menu was affordable, and overall was an excellent experience. Ihighly recommend Itto to anyone looking for some authentic sushi and Japanese food. Read more
This is not the best social place you can visit it's relatively inexpensive but the quality is liking. They trying to be... creative with their sushi but again the qualities where it really matters.
