Have had now 2 less than friendly interactions with the older Caucasian man (no name badge). The young adults here seem to have... a better grasp on how to provide a positive customer experience. Remember that attitude is everything, and treating people likethey are an inconvenience is guaranteed to be bad for business. If you hate your job, find a new one. Don't take it out on thecustomers. Jersey Mike's needs to know how this particular person is damaging the brand's image. We'll be avoiding this locationfrom now on to eat at the other locations due to the contrast difference in service, attitude, and quality. Read more
I wish I could give this location 5 stars but they keep jacking up my takeout orders. It has happened more than once. Today I... got the wrong bread. They also forgot to put my chips in the bag. I hate having to sit there in store when I'm in a hurry andverify that they actually got my order right. This is the type of business that demands attention to detail. Maybe take sometime to reinforce that to the kids working behind the counter. The only reason that I didn't go 1 star is because the sandwichesare always good. I love sub sandwiches! I have tried a lot of the spots for subs in and around SLC, and so far my hands down favorite is... definitely Jersey Mike?s Subs. A regular size is huge, full of the freshest ingredients, so many meats, cheeses and veggies tochoose from. Their sub rolls are the best, crusty outside, soft and chewy inside. I always order the Original Italian, and myhubby orders the Portabella Cheese Steak, so delicious. I highly recommend them, fast service and great employees. Read more

It's about what you can expect from a place run by teenagers. Not great customer service and sloppily made sandwiches. I... frequent Jersey Mike's locations, both in California and in Utah, and I'm surprised at how inconsistent the taste of thesandwiches are in Utah. I asked for my sandwich "Mike's way" but I didn't taste the spices or oil, only a hint of vinegar. Igive it three stars because it seemed like this may have been the kids' first time working fast food and I'm sure they weretrying their best, but I did not feel welcomed in that establishment as a customer. I do home inspection all over northern Utah, and eat jersey mikes often. This was a particularly tasty Italian sub.
