I AM ABSOLUTELY DISTRAUGHT BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MY FAMILY AND I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING FROM ONE EMPLOYEE THAT WORKS OVERNIGHT.... He doesn?t wear a badge I wasn?t able to get a name, but he wears a mask and has a hairbun! He has provide the most rudestcustomer service EVER. I understand we have a bad day but don?t take it out on customers! He should be handing the items back,not throwing it. He shouldn?t be make grunt or sigh noises like he?s annoyed. If he doesn?t want to work okay, but when he?s onthe clock I suggest the attitude needs to switch up. This has gone on long far enough! Read more
C?mon ?. Mavericks are better than this! Ketchup bottle- out. Mustard bottle- out. Chili dispenser- not working. Paper napkin... dispensers- out. Gas station stops have minimum expectations for those hot dogs:) 2 stars cause the Fresca taste great, but thegas stalls need some attention. Read more
It?s a Maverik. Nothing special, but they have pretty much everything you need. Problem with this location, however is there is... a regular who sits outside the store every night chain-smoking, and drinking beer, with his face buried in his phone. He throwshis beer cans on the ground, talks very loud and boisterously with his acquaintances, and has a filthy vocabulary. The othernight there were two piles of vomit all over the concrete sidewalk near where he hangs out by the dumpster. They really need todo something about this obnoxious drunk. Read more
The cashier just hissed at me and rolled his eyes and mumbled under his breath because I paid With cash. I was confused so I... asked Him if there was a problem and he hissed at me again and stared me down. It was The strangest thing that has ever happenedto me by an employee somewhere. Read more
I do prefer Maverick gas stations and try to stop for gas and drinks and munchies. I end up using fhe facilities now and then... and I am not too critical but the floor in this men's restroom just looks horrible. The acidic urine ruins the floor finish andleaves everything with a gross feeling. I recommend fixing it here and any other locale that has this type of floor treatmentin the restroom. DOES NOT FOLLOW MASK MANDATE! I have been here two separate times and had people in the store chatting with cashiers without a... mask on, the most recent time they were even talking about how all other stores throw them out for not wearing a mask. Maybe notfollowing the mask mandate is a plus for some people but I will be reporting to the health department. A mandate is amandate. Other than the above mentioned issue the store is great. It is like any other Maverik. For the time being I will beavoiding this store because of their unethical practices. Follow the mandate. Read more
I?m a frequent visitor at this maverik for Diet Coke runs. I?ve only ever had one customer service issue and Rachel, the store... manager, was amazing at resolving the issue. Friendly staff and the best diet cokes around if ya ask me :) Read more
They are closed for remodeling and does not say that. They should let Google know.
