i come here often for dinner, and usually get take out, which is ready on time most of the time. tonight, i came here and put in... a dine-in order. i had to wait 50 minutes for my mac and cheese, and i ended up having to go ask for it at the front desk. thechicken was delicious when i ate it, but the cheese on the noodles was strange. it was stale and cold, and underneath the layerof melted cheese, there was no sauce, and the noodles were bare. i tried to mix the cheese together with the noodles, but itwasn?t working. the bare noodles were disgusting and i couldn?t eat them. disappointing experience for a place i am usuallypleased with. Noodles and Co has a lot of hit and miss dishes for sure. I recommend going for some of the macaroni dishes more than anything.... Buffalo Mac and cheese is probably the best dish. A lot of flavor in the sauce and a good breading on the chicken. Still notcrazy cheesy or creamy. I do recommend going extra meat or green onion. Some of the Asian dishes and thicker noodle dishes arejust flavorless and not cooked super well. Read more
I got the curbside and half of my order was missing. Half of my orders didn't have the protein on them and one of the kids meals... didn't come with the drink that we ordered. Spent over $60 for a disappointment. Read more
Ordered curbside and they didn't have the drink that was labeled on the mobile app, but Brooklyn came out as soon as I got there... and gave me other options. She was super sweet! They also got my food out as soon as I got there! Thank you! Read more
I got the potstickers and they were not even cooked! On top of that the lady that took our order was rude and it took them 10... minutes to even acknowledge us. Then it took 30 minutes just to get out the potstickers with no one else there. Read more
This place is full of teenagers. Not one adult in sight. The place is extremely dirty. The staff was extremely slow. It took... more than 30 minutes to get my food. They were moving slower than needed. The cooks did not have hair nets on and they all hadlong hair. They kept touching their faces and then the food with out washing their hands. Check your food before you leave the place. I had ordered cauliflower gnocchi and it was burnt. Called the store and they... replaced order. This wouldn?t happen if they keep quality control. Also the portions are less than what is served in West Jordanrestaurant. Wish i read the earlier reviews and go to WS restaurant. Update- Its been week and no one had contacted from thislocation. Don?t waste your time and money at this location. Update2- The manager did write me email and asking for an addressto send me coupon to retry in the store and never heard back from them. Edit: The GM reached out and kindly issued a refund. I appreciate the timely response and sincerely hope that the issues at this... location can be corrected; not only for the benefit of the guests, but for the hard working employees who, most certainly, dueto managerial incompetence and lazy, unmotivated coworkers, feel the wrath of upset customers. Original: We've had issues herefor quite awhile now and tonight was no exception. We usually avoid this location like the plague but it was convenient, so,much to our disappointment, we chanced it. Order was missing food, again. Food was cold, again. Portions were smaller thannormal, plasticware was included, again, despite clicking NO PLASTICWARE, again, and the $2.75 side Caesar salad was tiny andgross; worth more like a $0.75. When my husband picked the order up, he asked her to verify it was allll there, and she snidelytold him that the bag was sealed and she couldn?t check it. YOU'RE the EMPLOYEE (standing in front of THE CUSTOMER) who isSUPPOSED to CHECK IT before it is SEALED. If the CUSTOMER, who paid for the meal, requests you check it for accuracy, I'm prettydarn certain it is OK to open the bag. Common sense has been thrown out the window in favor of laziness. Anyhow, he checkedwhen he got to the car and the right number of bowls were in the bag so he came home. Upon opening the bag, we found that theshrimp that goes in my dish was put into a side dish, for reasons unknown, and a first, thus making him think everything wasthere.
