I've never had any problems here! Food is always ready when they say it will be, it's always hot and delicious! The customer... service is great, and I want to give the kind lady, Jerri, who went out of her way to assist me tonight, a well-deserved review!I didn't even check to see when they closed (8pm), and called them at 7:59pm. She said they were closing, and I apologized, toldher no worries, but then she persisted to ask me what I wanted! She STILL allowed me to order and upon arrival she was thesweetest thing. Not the slightest bit annoyed with me, like most probably would be (understandably). She even brought the pizzaout to me once it was done. THEY CHEAT WITH YOUR ORDER !!!!! I went in here just now to order bread sticks and fries. Menu Price: Bread Sticks =... 5.99 Fries = 2.99 Extra ranch = 1.50 ExtraMarinara = 1.50 Taxes 8% Total should have come to ~-13$ What I was charged =15.83$ However when I saw the order, the old white lady who took the order IN STORE, charged me double for bread sticks. When Iasked why I am charged double then she said ?oh I forgot? and hurriedly made another extra order of bread sticks and said shecant give back the money. I asked if she wouldnt know its a double Order to which she said ahe wouldnt. I then enquired with anyou ger male employee and he said when they enter the order they will know. So I questioned the lady again and she hurriedlyproceeded to return me 6$ for the extra one she charged me. Then when I took my fries order I found that there were only fewfries. Last week when I ordered the size (potion) was significant. She said that is the size. That lady was trying to cheat meby: 1. Charging me extra for an order i didnot place. 2. Trying to steal from my order both for extra bread sticks and alsofries. 3. She did not charge me for the extra ranch and marinara which means she steals money from both customer and pizza hut!! My pizza was terrible it was cold and had an extreme amount of sauce an barely any toppings. When I arrived to pick it up I was... told my pizza wasn?t there the manager continued to argue about it not being there then found it in the system. Ordered last night at 645 started calling to find out where our pizza was at 745 and phone keep disconnecting. Women answers at... 8 finally said they were closed and orders went out. This location is an absolute joke. I ordered last week online, got a confirmation that my order was received, and even got an... update that it was being made. After an hour and a half of waiting for another update, I called to find out the store was close.Tonight, I called to confirm that they were open, which they were, and placed my order over the phone. Again, after waiting anhour and a half, I call and find out that they closed AFTER taking my order. I've already emailed the support email, but thefact that this location can't communicate that they're closing early is ridiculous. Read more

Ordered from this location 2 hours before closing. Got confirmation & delivery time. Never delivered. Called a little over hour... after delivery was supposed to arrive & got message the store was closed. Called customer service & spoke to rep?tried to sendme apology vouchers that didn?t arrive to either of my email addresses.
