One of the better Red Robins that we've been to. They offer bottomless fries and this location is the first one that has... actually delivered on that! They brought fresh fries right when we got there, and they kept the fries coming. We got our orderquickly and had great service. We love a good burger and Red Robin has a great selection. We do enjoy the atmosphere. The waiters are always polite and... friendly. There is always a wait which can suck if you are starving and want food asap! Also, the BBQ wrap isn't all that great!But that's just me, someone else might love it! Good burgers and friendly atmosphere. This location is surrounded by parking so that has never been a problem. We were told the... wait for a table would be 45-60 minutes but we were seated in about 30 minutes. Our server Shayne was super friendly, had greatmenu recommendations, and kept our drinks full. Walked in and the place was hopping. Put our names on the list since we were told we couldn?t not wait in the bar. No biggie,... walked around and came back when we got the text within the allotted 15-20 min, even though we were told sitting in the barwould be quicker seating. No so but no issues. We were seated and told to scan the QR code for the menu. Placed an order withour server Jordan. He brought out our drinks and then some fries as he said it may be awhile for our food. While we are waitingfor our food people are seated at the bar???? Later we hear that they are placing a take out order. Um but they are currentlyenjoying a milkshake and fries, eating and taking their time even after their food was delivered. Sorry but that is not ok.Another person came in and asked to be seated at the bar, they are told no. Really? Burgers were good, charbroiled edges didn?tcut it for me personally and had something hard in my burger that I had to spit out. Fries and sauce were the best part. Buthonestly, if you are going to give special privileges to some and not all, we will take our business elsewhere. I had a great experience, the waiter was awesome and brought our food in timely manner. I ordered the Scorpion burger with the... Impossible patty and it was perfect. It was spicy yet flavorful, i would totally recommend it. I'm vegetarian so the Impossiblepatty was nice! I ordered a side of the pretzel bites; also amazing! It was a really long wait. About 2 hours. But once we got seated down and order the food was out in about 5-10 minutes. The... employees were very kind and worth the big tip. If you are okay with a longer wait them this I the place for great food. Read more

My sister and I brought my three yr old out for lunch yesterday. The service was super quick and all our orders were correct... (even when we changed up the toppings on a burger).
