Hearing about the soda craze in Utah brought me to try Swig on a recent trip to Salt Lake City. I had the Riptide along with... some mini chocolate chip cookies. The combo was a tasty afternoon treat. Customer service was confusing and less than stellar. Read more
Okay you guys have the best group of teens. They are so polite and friendly compared to other locations. My only complaint I'd... that ever since covid you guys have cheated out on your cups and lids. Anytime I oder a kids drink you guys use those awfulinverted lids that spill all over my car when either I ir my child tries to put a straw in. Either invest in better lids ordon't fill those cups up as full. Also the new Styrofoam you are using for the larger cups are so flimsy and thin they breakeasy. I have had far too many spills in my car since you guys changed. I understand supply chain issues but your competitorstwisted sugar sure gets it with quality cups. Read more
I have loved Swig and I have been a reoccurring customer, but lately they keep forgetting our strawberry pearls we ask for and... pay for and they do nothing to refund us our money or to make it right. I have sent requests via their app, and nothing is doneabout those either. Sadly, we have decided to take a Swig back for a while since we can not seem to our order preparedcorrectly. Read more
I love their mango breeze. It is so refreshing but this is the third time in a row that they have not put in the tropical... poppers and they charge me for it.......I didn't know it was ok for a company to charge people and not give them what theyordered. Very disappointed. Read more
Probably the last time I?ll visit Swig. The line was long, which I understand is up to me to determine if I'll wait in it or... not. The problem came when halfway through the line, we stopped for 20 minutes without moving. I couldn't get my car out(sandwiched between two cars), and there wasn't an employee to be seen. Finally an employee poked her head out the back doorand then 5 minutes later came out to take orders. Once she came out, we started moving again. I asked her nicely what happenedthat caused the delay, and she said that nobody came out to check on where the last car was so they didn't know how long theline was. Again, the line was long, but what normally would have taken 15-20 minutes took us 45. Seriously...not anexaggeration. Forty-five minutes. No soda is worth that, and I wish I would have just driven the 2 minutes to another sodashop. Read more
If there?s one place to stop at in Utah it?s definitely Swig!!! Out of my 2 years living in Utah I could NEVER get tired of... their drinks! From the summer drink to the winter hot chocolates, everything is delicious!! I will definitely miss this locationand how friendly the staff was. Whenever I visit Utah again I will definitely be stopping at a Swig and getting my fix ???? Keepup the great work!!! Read more
Horrible customer service. I got dropped off to grab a drink, went into the lobby and was told drive thru or App only. As I was... dropped off without a car, I walked to the drive thru and was refused service by the lady standing outside taking orders on heriPad. I did not want to download an app for a 1 time quick purchase. Not sure why they make it so hard for a walk intransaction (or why they even have a lobby??). Read more
