I love swig and spend way too much money here. However, they have started to put alot of ice in their drinks. I don't know if... this a just a problem with staff training, but the shrinkflation is real. I get light ice every time and the cup is still filled3/4 way with ice. I'd rather pay a little extra for a drink rather than get a cup literally full of ice. Just wanted to give myfeedback. Love the drinks, but the excessive ice has become a real problem. And it's not even because I feel like I am gettingripped off. It's just annoying cause I want a more drink. Whether I pay $1 or $10, i don't want all ice. Like a 44oz should lastme a couple hours to sip on. Not 5 mins. We get barely any liquid anymore. I'd only give this feedback if it was constant. I bought a fundraiser card and use it at so many other locations and I never have an issue. But for some reason the fundraiser... card didn?t cover the watermelon sugar and I had to pay extra? I thought the whole reason for the card was that is was pre paid.And then there were no boba pearls in my drink. I was just super confused on why the card didn?t cover it all.
