I love swig and spend way too much money here. However, they have started to put alot of ice in their drinks. I don't know if... this a just a problem with staff training, but the shrinkflation is real. I get light ice every time and the cup is still filled3/4 way with ice. I'd rather pay a little extra for a drink rather than get a cup literally full of ice. Just wanted to give myfeedback. Love the drinks, but the excessive ice has become a real problem. And it's not even because I feel like I am gettingripped off. It's just annoying cause I want a more drink. Whether I pay $1 or $10, i don't want all ice. Like a 44oz should lastme a couple hours to sip on. Not 5 mins. We get barely any liquid anymore. I'd only give this feedback if it was constant. This Swig really needs to work out the kinks. Just in the past like 3 visits I?ve had my drink orders wrong twice, had to wait... in line forever twice before they would send someone out to take orders. Then this morning I waited for 15 minutes forpretzels. Finally got them, the cheese was cold. The pretzels were cold and really dry. So dry I could barely even swallow them.Ended up eating like two and tossed them. They told me sorry it took so long we had to make some new ones. Huh? You made newones and they were cold and super dry? Doesn?t make sense. Sad because this one is super close to me, might have to go back tothe further one. Read more
Worst swig I?ve been to. After 15 minutes stuck in line from both directions. They finally sent someone out to take orders on... the tablet. Who told me it would still be 7 minutes to get the two cars in front of me done before I could get out. The line wasnot excessive when I pulled in, but it took me 25 minutes to get through. I didn?t even have time to order and get what I camefor because it made me late for a meeting. Read more
I bought a fundraiser card and use it at so many other locations and I never have an issue. But for some reason the fundraiser... card didn?t cover the watermelon sugar and I had to pay extra? I thought the whole reason for the card was that is was pre paid.And then there were no boba pearls in my drink. I was just super confused on why the card didn?t cover it all. And the staff wassuper rude and wouldn?t really give me an answer on why I had to pay extra. Read more
