Incredibly hospitable staff and delicious food. Went for a birthday dinner, but will definitely be back for a date night.

We just tried Duck Press for the first time. We were very impressed. This is the best restaurant I've eaten at in years. The... cocktails and food were excellent. Everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The service was great. It has a cool atmospherethat is very casual. They really nailed it with this restaurant. Everything thing we ordered was delicious. It was as good as Icould ask for. We will definitely be coming back. Read more

Got swordfish and clam chowder. Both were great, the chowder was very different, in a good way. Service was great, and everyone... was very friendly. Read more

We made reservations via Resy about an hour before going for a Saturday night dinner at 6:45. Highly recommend reservations if... you want a guaranteed seat. The bar is first come, first served but was completely full when we got there, as were the tables. It was a bit loud, I think due to the tin ceilings, but not unbearable. The AC and fans were running, keeping the place on thecooler side. We ordered a bottle of wine for the table and the mussels and clam chowder to start. I’m a bit of atraditionalist when it comes to chowder so was suspicious of the gnocchi addition. It was a light New England chowder, and thegnocchi really did add something extra to it. Highly recommend. For dinner I got the Duck Sausage Garganelli which was alsodelicious. The homemade pasta was cooked al denté and the sauce was delicious. My partner got the Swordfish which was cooked toperfection. The standout part of that dish was truly the succotash medley. For dessert, he got an old fashioned (traditional, not their maple version). I ordered the chocolate bourbon ice cream, so creamy and delicious, with a peanut butter whiskey onthe rocks. Highly recommend for a date night, or a fancy dinner. Read more

Such a lovely experience to leave “the island” for. Great vibes, smashing decor, delicious food and awesome cocktails. The... window seat-on-the-street dining feels so old school, charming and lively. I felt energized and satiated! Can’t wait to visitagain. Read more

Duck Press had been on my list to try for months now and finally had the chance to for Sunday brunch. Overall, it was great! The... Bloody Mary was just right with a nice piece of thick cut bacon to garnish. The Smoked Bluefish beignets are a must try! I couldeat more of those. The decor and overall vibe was very unique and cute. It’s great to see new restaurants like Duck Pressopening in South County. I’m excited to go again and the Sunday dinner special looks great. Read more

Perhaps the only fine dining option in Wakefield, RI. Everything I had was delicious, but seriously pricey..

This is a new restaurant, only open for 4 weeks now. The food here is delicious!! We started with the thick cut chips, it has a... blue cheese sauce with bacon and chili flake. These are a Must Have! I had the clam chowder, WOW. Made to order, thin broth, fresh clams in the shell, potato gnocchi, bacon… again, WOW! My wife had the burger, my sister had the berry beet salad, and Ihad the fish and chips. Everything was just delicious. We will be back here often and I am going to be sad when it’s so busywe have to wait. I highly recommend that you go soon to beat the crowd that’s going to develop very quickly. As an aside, ifyou like duck? Come here soon, it’s the house specialty. Read more
