The new manager is rude! The online button was going off so I helped it upon myself to press it off. She comes out of no where... behind me and pushes my finger out the way aggressively. I know it is not my job but I would prefer a verbal warning instead ofbeing physically touched! Then their chip reader was not working so I followed the introductions of the server which was verysweet but the machine still was not taking my card. The new manager then proceeded to grab my card out my hand put it in, THREWIT DOWN ON THE COUNTER AGGRESSIVELY!!! AND SAYS " it's declined". I must say the young lady Melissa is awesome! She knows the regular customer?s orders, she keeps the place immaculate, she?s... very polite and friendly. After April left (then her mom) it seemed like the place was in chaos by running out of supplies likecovers and very little help so the wait was up to 15 minutes long. I suggested to Melissa that she should be manager!!! I canonly hope the regional manager sees this. If you agree please reply so we will be heard!! ???????? Read more
Usually this dd is pretty good but my husband end up going in for a lg ice blueberry coffee which they made delicious I ended up... getting a large ice water with 2 lemons and they ended up charging me for water . I was very surprised next time I'll just buya bottle at the mobil because they charge me 2 dollars ..I'll just start making my own from home..prices are ridiculous.. becareful what you buy they must of been new Read more
Extremely rude manager, the woman making coffees was obviously challenged in the hygiene department. Filthy appearance and... filthy clothing. I will NEVER go back there. Read more
Even though it was quite busy, staff was very efficient and worked as a team to get the orders out. Very pleased
took over 15 min to make 2 coffes and 1 small hasbrown order. set me back and cost me when i had somewhere to be.
Went in on 4/22 at about 535pm, I ordered an ice coffee, donut, and a bagel with cream chesse. The lady seemed immediately... annoyed when I ordered something that required effort I guess. She was pretty much like tossing my items on the counter allpassive agressively and was shuting the oven hard, etc- she was absolutely miserable. If anyone were to look at the cameras, Iwas the "fluffy" gentleman in the green celtics shirt. I really had to bite my tongue, my patience was certainly tested. Read more
Today December 10, 2022 my husband went to this location and they gave him the worst customer service ever. The woman who was... serving had a very bad attitude and she was even turning her eyes at him. This happened at 6:30 in the morning. Hey, if youdon't want to work, stay at home, but don't come here to ruin the day for others with your miserable actitud. If you have amiserable life its no one fault.
