Lovely to have this restaurant and Inn operational again. The renovations and refresh of the space is lovely, and this family... run business offers good food, a clean and friendly atmosphere with many seating options throughout from bar, high tops to sitdown fine dining. We visited this past weekend and it was packed so book if you want a table. Menu is pricey, but the food wasgood. They offer smaller plates under a Senior menu which is a novel and welcomed idea. A full wine list, cocktails and fullbar. Plenty of parking ( which was full), and lots of cheerful friendly service. Read more
The Hidden Inn is an absolute gem in the Catskills! One of the best meals we\'ve had in years. The owner ,Kurt is a talented... chef and gracious host! We dined tonight on our first visit for the new Hidden Inn. Owner Kurt gave us the grand tour. 4 bedrooms on the second floor... and 4 more on the third floor. All beautifully done. Fabrics and colors gorgeous, bathrooms wonderful. Kurt and Lisa havemaintained all the quirky architectural features of the inn. Then on to the dinners: Hanger Steak, Filet Mignon, Short Rib, andHaddock with fries. All beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We opted for take out dessert and I am looking forwardto my peach tart.\nWe wish Kurt and Lisa much success with this venture. It is already better that the old Inn. Read more
Just finished dinner at this restaurant located within a beautiful bed and breakfast which was recently renovated. I had the... pleasure of meeting Kurt the owner/chef and his wife.\nWe decided to sit outside on the lovely patio. Renee was our waitressand was terrific. We started with a shrimp shooter and baked feta and olive crostini. . For the main course we shared the chefspecial salmon and a lobster pappardelle. Wow everything was incredible. The place looks beautiful, our waitress and support staff were amazing and the food was... absolutely outstanding. The place looks beautiful but the food was only ok. Prime rib very fatty for the price expected better. Fish and chips fries... were soggy and Cancun jumbo shrimp were not jumbo shrimp and risotto a little greasy. Service was great. Read more
