This is located in Heavenly Village and it is an overpriced, underdelivered tourist trap. The ice cream was just ok. But it... was the service and experience that truly was bothersome. There were 5 workers + a manager/supervisor behind the counter. Only1 girl was handling the customers (both scooping and ringing up). The line had about 12 people. The others were either talkingto the manager or just walking around - it was weird. So many places are greatly understaffed and patience from customers isneeded; however, this was overstaffed with only 1 person actually doing the work. As we were getting rung up, the manager toldthe girl helping us to give the guy behind us (with 6 people in his party) some free mix-ins and the "friends discount". honestly one of the worst experiences we've had. the 4 workers in line that were making our ice cream HATED their jobs. we are... always so nice & ask please & say thank you, not one of then had a smile on their face or even said a word to us. they would putthe ice creams in the counter after they were done & not say what kind of ice creams they were. since we didn't know what kindthey were, we would grab one thinking it was ours. The ice cream was excellent! The customer service, not so much. The girl working the register with the curly hair that?s... colored needs to be off the register. Clearly she was frustrated when a customer was having trouble with the credit cardmachine. Even when I ordered she want too friendly. Time to move her to the back. Read more
