We are holidaying from the UK. Staying at Emerald Bay cabins. We couldn?t order online as only UK phone. Went to store and... charged double because we couldn?t order online - outrageous considering we used our gas to pick up !!! Worst experience . I ordered a single large pizza . I arrived for pickup at estimated time. I was told to wait for 30 min more.... Ok , I understand. I come back after 30 min. Now I am told to wait 20 more minutes. During my wait time there (which was around50 min), I just saw 2 people picking up their order and rest all of us were told to wait. Try at your own risk. Considering the landscape of todays service industry, these guys and girls kill it at this Dominos! I eat here probably more... than I should and I constantly see them bombarded with tons of orders, with only a few people working. Living in Tahoe, thetourist can be ridiculous at times, in regards of the expectation. *If waiting a bit for your food is too much, go home and makeyour own pizza. Reward those who chose to show up, in service of you, and pack your patience. It'll be worth it. Surely youwon't starve. Read more
Did a online order and took 2 hours before food was out for deleivery and then your driver heidi decides to take my food to... somone esles door and claim it was delivered. Pizza was less than mediocre.. We ordered 4 pies and EVERY SINGLE ONE had something wrong with them.. Not one of our pizzas came... out the way it was ordered.. I understand that this is a franchise and that means that we unfortunately sacrifice quality andsatisfaction that typically comes with smaller - family owned - type of pizza joints; in exchange for faster, cheaper pizza. Butthis was just down right awful. The only good thing that i can say about our experience here was that the staff was friendly andhelpful.. They were actually awesome.. So 5 stars to the great staff. But the pizza deserves 0 stars.. Im not sure if i willever return to buy food from here again, and i have been a Domino's customer for 20+ yrs..
